Firenur KOÇ AKPINAR-Yenice Secondary School/Recipe of Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:
Two eggs
1 medium banana

Preparation:
  1. Mash eggs and banana in a blender until smooth.
  2.  Lightly oil a large nonstick skillet and heat over medium heat. Using 2 tablespoons of batter for each pancake, drop 4 mound of batter into the skillet. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges look dry,2 to 4 minutes. Using a thin spatula, gentlyflip  pancakes and cook until browned on the bottom, another 1 to 2 minutes more. Transfer pancakes to a plate.
If you like, you can serve with syrup or yogurt.
